I finished the 20-episode Taiwanese drama Devil Beside You in four days and, looking back, I was rather amazed at how Ahmon had changed and how his relationship with Qi Yue had blossomed over the episodes. Although it's unfair to say this, the drama actually reminded me of Hana Yori Dango and You're Beautiful.
I think Rainie Yang did a great job of portraying her character. Her expressions are always dead-on it's funny. I'm only annoyed at the fact that she's always wearing eye shadow. As for Mike He... well, he did have this "devil" look in his eyes and smile. I think he did well also.
There were several scenes in the series that didn't really hold my interest, I had to fast-forward to the juicy bits, but overall, it was a fun-filled drama indeed. Lots of random funny moments, especially between the two male leads. And so.. I'll give the drama a 7/10. :D
My next stop would be Lee Minho's current drama, Personal Taste, wherein he plays a guy who pretends to be gay in order to be roommates with the female lead. I'm off to read the synopsis, so this is all for now.
